“Gerege” intellectual development club

The “Gerege” intellectual development club, initiated by Shihihutug University students in February 2004, has been a dynamic force in the realms of public speaking, debate, and academics for two decades.

Mission and Goals

Our mission is to maximize students’ free time, foster personal development, and instill fundamental professional skills for aspiring lawyers through activities such as public speaking, debates, and research.

Inclusivity and Membership

The club is open to students from Shihihutug University, other universities, and secondary schools. We welcome new members in both the fall and spring semesters. Currently, the “Gerege” club boasts a membership of 150-180 students. Graduates can continue participating in club activities, trips, and competitions.

Outreach Activities

Beyond internal events, the “Gerege” Club actively engages with students across Mongolian universities. Notably, the “Ranking of First Debaters” competition has been a fixture for 15 years, aiming to enhance the debating skills of participants.

Achievements

The club consistently prepares its members for academic, debating, and public speaking competitions, resulting in numerous successes. Notably, the “Gerege” club has been honored twice as the “Best Student Club” in Mongolia. Furthermore, it has secured “Second” and “Lowest” positions in both the National Championship and the Capital Championship.

Continued Excellence

The “Gerege” intellectual development club is committed to maintaining its legacy of excellence and continues to be a beacon for intellectual and professional growth. Join the “Gerege” club and add light to your academic journey.
