ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHT AND FREEDOM OF PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY AND DEMONSTRATION

Abstract

Бидний судалгааны ажлын зорилго нь иргэдээс тайван жагсаал 
цуглаан хийх эрхийн хэрэгжилтийг үнэлүүлэхэд оршсон. 
Судалгаанд 18–61 насны 512 иргэнийг хамруулж, тайван жагсаал 
цуглаан хийх эрхийн хамгаалалтыг гурван хүчин зүйлийн хүрээнд 
тоон шинжилгээг Smart PLS-3.0, SPSS-27 программ ашиглан 
боловсруулалт хийсэн бөгөөд бүх хувьсагчийн найдвартай байдал 
өндөр (α = 0.94–0.97) гарсан. Шинжилгээний дүнгээр зөвхөн 
иргэдийн оролцоо нь тайван жагсаал цуглаан хийх эрхийн 
хэрэгжилт эерэг нөлөөтэй болох нь батлагдсан бол хамтын 
ажиллагаа болон хууль сахиулах байгууллагын нөлөө 
батлагдаагүй. 
 
Abstract 
The purpose of our research was to assess citizens’ evaluation of the 
exercise of the right to peaceful assembly and demonstration. A total of 
512 citizens aged 18–61 participated in the study. Quantitative 
analysis of the protection of the right to peaceful assembly was 
conducted within three factors using Smart PLS-3.0 and SPSS-27 
software. The reliability of all variables was high (α = 0.94–0.97). The 
results revealed that only citizens’ participation had a positive impact 
on the exercise of the right to peaceful assembly and demonstration, 
whereas the effects of cooperation and law enforcement agencies were 
not statistically significant.
