On September 18, 2025, the Research Institute of Shihihutug University and the Dezső Márkus Research Group for Comparative Legal History at the Faculty of Law, University of Pécs, Hungary, signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. D. Lundeejantsan, Chairman of Academic Council of Shihihutug University, and Prof. Dr. Eszter Herger, Head of the Dezső Márkus Research Group for Comparative Legal History at the Faculty of Law, University of Pécs.
Within the framework of this memorandum, the parties agreed to conduct joint research, implement projects and programs, and co-organize international scientific conferences.
Prof. D. Lundeejantsan, Head of the Academic Council, emphasized: “With the establishment of this memorandum, researchers in the field of legal science, especially in the history of state and law, will have the opportunity to publish their works in Hungary and to promote and introduce Mongolia’s history of state and law to the international community.”
